I wish I hadn't bought and installed Norton 360. Better yet, I wish I had read all the reviews (predominantly 1,2,and 3 out of 10 - I guess 0 was not possible...)
I needed one more license, and instead of just getting say another 2007, I saw that 360 came with three licenses. So I just upgraded (or should I say downgraded?) one computer and installed it on the one I needed it on. By the way, all three licenses become active at the same time, so if you install the third license on a third computer 10 months after the first two, you got only 2 left - never realized that until now - I guess I should read the "I Agree" portion rather than just skimming through.
Happy New Year to all, Andrea

Auto Protect turns itself off all the time and gives a red X. The "Fix" option does not work. When following all the fixes on Symantec (by the way, googling Norton-360 red-X gives over 2500 hits), the green tick works only until the next log in.
Google Earth is not working properly and at times not at all when Norton 360 is on, but just fine after I uninstalled Norton 360. It was working just fine with Norton 2007.
No right-click scanning of anything, as this is supposedly done automaticaly - although I read that this is not necessarily the case.
Quarantined files can not be deleted - at least couldn't find the option.
There could be incompatibility between Yahoo's Parental Controls and Norton 360, but there was no incompatibility with Norton 2007.
Windows automatic updates can not log in and check when Norton 360 is on.
The scans seem to work properly, but how do I know.
Peter, my 13 year old does not seem to have any problems, though - that's where the second license is on.
